			AGREEMENT TO WORK The owner and architect review the project and determine that Cove Construction will be an asset to the team. PLANNING This is when the initial cost estimating is done. Cove Construction, the architect and the owner all provide input, in order to fine-tune the project's specifications and scope. CONTRACT RESOLUTION Depending on the size and unique qualities of the project, an appropriate contract is determined and signed to create a clear understanding for all parties involved. We will advise you on which contract best fits your requirements. PREPARATION Job scheduled, project team established, information systems put into place, subcontractors lined up, and materials ordered. CONSTRUCTION Continued communication as the project moves toward successful results. Any additional changes or problems that arise during the construction process will be addressed. Our team of site managers and qualified craftsmen will complete your project in a professional manner. FOLLOW UP After completion we meet with clients and follow through on any concerns that arise with ongoing communication and resolution.
